Bryan Studyvin has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Studyvin is the Owner of Cornerstone Building Services, a full-scale general contracting company specializing in commercial operations.

Bryan directly supervises the company’s sales, negotiating construction contracts, estimating, field operations including development and site infrastructure processes to substantial completion of all projects. His experience expands from large property renovations and conversions to new ground up projects. He has completed over 200 projects in the past 12 years.

Projects completed have been Hilton branded ground up 5- story hotels, hotel and apartment conversions, apartment complex developments, utility companies plan to operations, condominium developments, among many other successfully completed opportunities. Cornerstone was also selected to work inside Silver Dollar City that included park expansions with multiple projects inside the theme park.

Additionally, he specializes in budget analysis, value engineering ideas and implementation for cost saving factors built into the design and structural integrity of every project.

His experience in construction management services allows an optional extension to clients beginning with the early design phase of projects until successful project completion. This project aspect includes expanding the client relationship in working alongside their team of architects, engineers, and city inspectors and utility companies to achieve design goals that allow for streamlined construction with efficient pre-planning for project performance and success. His construction management responsibilities are streamlined throughout the duration of the project to manage all construction aspects such as field management, work performance, project cost and completion targets, inspections, client reporting measures, and overall entirety project review until substantially complete.

The success of his career is driven by work motivation and his drive to establish client relationships, while demonstrating attention to all details that projects entail with the highest regard in mind to turn projects quickly to clients respecting their capital investment is new asset contributing to their successful portfolio.
